Grocery Haul #6
I am so excited to see warm weather produce popping up in the grocery stores! All of a sudden there are strawberries, asparagus, and eggplants. The cost of things like zucchini, bell peppers (courgettes and capsicum if you’re in New Zealand) and tomatoes are starting to come down, too. On the flip side, the price of apples are creeping up, and nary a brussel sprout can be found. So here’s today’s haul from our local New World.
