Vlog #7 Delta Lockdown, Weekend Edition

It is the first full weekend in lockdown. We keep busy, stay sane, and make it through. What are you doing to pass the time? And any guesses on when my kids will go back to school?

There’s been some requests for the “pancake ball” recipe I use. Check out my Æbleskiver recipe here. You’ll also need a special pan to make them. I use a Scan Pan because they’re Danish as are Æbleskiver :)
