Meet our biggest project yet - Meadow Jameson Nash, born on her due date, April 18, at 12:01 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19.5 inches long. Clearly she's going to be a determined and precise little girl.
I was in labor for one hour. Yes, really. I thought all of the stories about super fast labors were exaggerated. Nope. My water broke at 11:00 p.m. We called the midwife even though I wasn't having contractions. We called her back at 11:16 when I started having the craziest, most intense contractions ever. Fortunately, my wonderful midwife made it to the house 15 minutes before Meadow was born. It is a good thing we were planning a home birth because there is no way we would have made it to the hospital in time! At 12:01 a.m., Meadow made her grand entrance, screaming and pink.
We couldn't be happier!
The beautiful pictures are the product of working with Silver Bee Photography here in Austin. Hillarry was amazing to work with!
