Rugby, Part II
Remember I mentioned a few posts back about learning more about Rugby? Well, here’s what all that was about! There’s a show in New Zealand called The Project, and they asked us to do a little tongue-in-cheek rugby bit where Jon and I play the silly Americans who know nothing about rugby. That part was pretty accurate - we knew NOTHING about the game ahead of this little interaction with Jeremy Corbett and Elliot Dixon, a player for the Highlanders and generally awesome guy. (He’s the one who hooked us up with tickets to our very first rugby game.) This was a fun clip to film, and I would love for TV3 to start a regular segment about what immigrants don’t know. It’s a lot of fun to learn about these things from the experts!
